Refunds:
- We offer refunds within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Returns:
- We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at stavvistudio@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
